I just thought I'd kick this around for debate. May not even be worth implementing, but with all the talk about updating the rules/free agency/etc I thought this might be an interesting idea to think about.

How about setting up an XFLPA and Owner's association made up of volunteers or assigned by the commish. These groups would represent their NFL equivalents and hammer out a collective bargaining agreement.
